Unmatched Support
Each client is assigned an RN Care Coordinator who will manage the care process. This means that each of our caregivers has access to that RN to ask questions and receive additional training and guidance. You are never on your own and always have a team to support you.
Earned Wage Access
At 2nd Family, we don’t think you should have to wait two weeks to collect a paycheck. We offer all of our caregivers access to money earned from working a shift in as little as 24 hours later. It’s your money, so get it when you need it!

Flexible Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling opportunities to all of our caregivers. Do you work another job? Have classes a few days a week? No problem! Let us know your availability and we will build a schedule around it. From 40 hours per week to a few shifts a month, we can find a schedule to meet your needs.
Who Are We About 2nd Family
2nd Family began as a result of our own personal experience searching for in-home care for a loved one – our grandmother. We quickly realized one of the biggest needs in the industry was a team of caregivers who actually care, who work diligently with a sincere heart. Since then, we’ve worked hard to construct a team of professionals who actually build relationships with our clients, becoming invested in and a part of their lives.
We also embrace technology and have a system in place to help you do your job with efficiency and ease. Need to request off for a day? You can do it directly from your phone through the 2nd Family app. Want to accept a shift? Great, just reply to the push notification to say you’re available. We put tools in your hands to make the most out of your career.
